We are looking for several new, talented team members with a legal background who are eager to help us navigate complex banking regulations and compliance requirements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What you will be doing

As a Student Assistant in our Legal Team at kompasbank, you will participate in the daily operations of a fintech – and a fully licensed bank. You will be part of our Legal Team supporting both the management team as well as all departments across the bank -  giving you broad exposure and insight to the banking and regulatory landscape.

You will get tasks requiring quick learning, problem-solving, and motivation to take on your responsibilities from day one. The role offers extensive collaboration across departments, and will not only develop your legal knowledge, but also your stakeholder management skills. 

But don't worry; you will be supported by and learn from our skilled team of experts who will help you navigate both the legal and banking landscape.

• Hourly rate starts at 165 DKK for Bachelor students and 180 DKK for Master students

What we expect from you

• Studying a bachelor's or master's degree in Law

• Interest in financial services regulation, banking law, and compliance

• You enjoy a challenging and educational job environment and take part in the practical day-to-day legal tasks we do together as a team

• We expect you to be able to work 15-20 hours (2-3 days) per week on average

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• You are a team player, empathic, and supportive

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Danish language skills are a plus but not required
