We are building a new bank for SMEs (Small- and Medium sized Enterprises), and we are looking for a technology driven Operations Specialist with an urge to build our fully automated operations.

About you
We are looking for a person with a desire to:
- Understand the principles of banking.
- Take banking to a new level with automated processes.
- Work with infrastructure and operational excellence.
You probably have
- A development mindset.
- A “can do” attitude and a desire to excel.
- Stamina to drive implementations independently.
- Experience with infrastructure and operational excellence.
- Experience with creating digitally designed processes.
- Experience from the financial industry.
- An educational background within tech, finance, project management or similar.
