What You Will Be Doing

As a Governance Support student, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations of a fintech and fully licensed bank. Your tasks will require structure, foresight, and a proactive mindset – along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, solid project management abilities, and the motivation to take ownership from day one. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to real projects, including:

• Non-Financial Risk – Providing support for risk owners around risk identification and registration, diligent follow-up on open mitigations, and reporting on progress.

• Vendor Management – Assisting with assessments, due diligence, and vendor controls, ensuring the Vendor Audit Assessment Register is always up to date.

• Governance – Supporting the annual cycle of risk assessments (Tech, Credit, Operations, Sales, CX & Growth), and ensuring the Controls Overview and Risk Register are always up to date.

• Ad hoc tasks – Various assignments related to Non-Financial Risk, Tech Governance, and Vendor Management.

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Law, International Business, or a related field.

• You have an interest in non-financial risk, controls, and governance.

• You are independent and structured – both in recurring operational tasks and when solving new problems.

• You are a team player, positive, and appreciate a supportive team spirit.
