What you will be doing 

As a Student Assistant at kompasbank, you will participate in the daily operations of a fintech – and a fully licensed bank. You will get tasks requiring quick learning, problem-solving, and motivation to take on your responsibilities from day one.  But don’t worry; you will be supported by and learn from our skilled team of senior experts who  will help you navigate the banking landscape.

What we offer 

• Hourly rate starts  at 165 DKK for BA students and 180 DKK for Master students.

What we expect from you 

• Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in  Finance, Economics,  Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, Communication, or similar.

• You enjoy a challenging and educational job environment and take part in the practical day-to-day tasks we do together as a team.

• We expect you to be able to work 15-20 hours (2-3 days) per week on average.

• You are independent and structured both in recurring tasks and while solving a new problem.

• You are a team player, empathic, and supportive.

• You are adaptable and flexible.
